How long does it take my order to ship?
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority and usually take 2-3 days to arrive. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.
Do you offer expedited shipping options?
Yes, as a faster shipping alternative from our standard service, we offer all UPS expedited services. Expedited packages are subject to an additional $15-$25 charge, depending on weight of the package. For same day processing, orders must be submitted by 12:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday.
Do you ship internationally? Outside of the USA?
Ivory Row has partnered with a trusted company, GlobalShopex.com, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply add any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the “international checkout” option. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart. You may pay with International credit cards, PayPal, Money Gram, Bank wire transfers, Alipay or other local payment options. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to GlobalShopex at email@example.com or 786-391-4868.
Please note that all international sales are final, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

What is your guarantee and return policy?
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full no-questions asked, 7-day return policy from the day that you receive your order. For all returns, free shipping is also included. After the 7-day return policy, returns can only be exchanged for store credit.
How do I make a return or exchange an item?
We hope you greatly enjoy your new Ivory Row product. However, in the rare event that you want to exchange it, we’d be more than happy to assist you.
Should you wish to return an item, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will immediately e-mail you a prepaid UPS return label. Please securely place the returned item in the original carton and ship it back to us. The pre-paid label is only valid for UPS shipments within the United States. All items are subject to inspection once received. You will be notified once your return has been approved and processed.
Items should be returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached.
We may not accept merchandise which is not received in the above specified conditions. Furthermore, to ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging provided.

How do I know what size I am?
Our styles fit true to size, but are cut on the slimmer side. We provide detailed sizing charts on each product page. Just click the sizing guide icon above the size selection buttons to view them.
