We know it's only September but we have a hunch that Charli XCX's new single "Superlove" is going to be the hit song of the fall. After all, how many times can one wonder what the fox says?
Earlier this year, the UK's reigning rave pop princess Charli XCX released a great album, True Romance, and then decided to cancel her tour to work on new music. A mere month and a half later, the songstress has released "SuperLove."
The video finds Charli and her friends hangin' with some robots in Tokyo in some fantastically cosplay-ish bodycon costumes. What sets "SuperLove" apart is the sound: while it's heavy on dance-friendly, fast-singing electropop, it's more fun and upbeat than usual. Simply put, this song is a jam. Whether you're dancing in your living room or rocking out in your car, we're pretty sure this will be the track you'll have on repeat.
"SuperLove" is available to download on December 1.
